This year's Ramadhan fasting marks the first year of us celebrating it without any kolak, sweet timun suri, or anything sweet other than fruits. Savoury food, vegetable, and fiber first. Today also my first time ever to try 23hrs fast, which I doubt to have the power to make it sustainable to do in daily basis 😂. I didn't feel hungry, but I guess that's because I didn't exercise today.
