Women are capable and strong as leaders. That is one of many things that we really witness during this pandemic. We have seen how women leaders handled the pandemic fast, in detail, really comprehensively and with huge of empathy. Some media even shown how the level of trust and support of the people in their countries towards these women leaders are raising high now. They are not perfect, they have their weaknesses and disadvantages compared to the men leaders, but they certainly do have the strength and advantages as well. Don't get me wrong, by saying women are good and strong leaders, doesn't mean men leaders are weak and incompetent. The equation doesn't work that way. Besides, we women don't really play the game that way. It is not our nature to belittling people. We are born as the nurturer and equipped with such rich emotions that proven as what the world and humanity need the most now.
