The Goal of Life

"The goal of life is to think and decide less and lesser in daily basis, until you have only very few important matters to think and decide about.

It's actually weird but kinda funny, how knowledge works. They have been with me for a long time; the idea of managing time, creating habits, the importance of making less decisions, and managing energy. Yet, it took me reading so many books about those topics for many years, until yesterday, I finally grab the whole ideas and how they affect each other, just for that one single point.

It is one thing to know about things, it is another to understand them, and definitely another more to really grasp the whole idea of those things. It changes my reasons completely."

Self Love

16kg lost, 4-5 sizes down, 7.5 - 20kg raise on strength training, 3.5 speed raise on walking, and beating my best record 2.7years ago on (endurance training) swimming session 6.5km in 2hrs 13mins, all in 4 months. Not a bad result, but I'm actually more proud of myself for being able to make up my mind, showing up, strengthening my discipline, and doing my best through all of the ups and downs, regardless of the results. It almost feels like creating and shaping a whole different person, a better and bulletproof one I hope (physically and mentally). Some people have told me of how different I look like now. However, since I see myself everyday, I didn't really realize it until I took this photo. And I only really feel the excitement when I tried my old clothes that didn't even fit me years ago, and now all of them are loosen up, lol. The (little bit) sad part is; I have to let go so many of my fave clothes that are too big for me, now. Posting this here not to brag, and not...

Healing Stones

It is always interesting to find how people mostly will be divided into two groups of the hardcore-believers VS non-believers, whenever we talked about natural stones as healing crystals that have different healing properties. I am actually in the middle. I believe on the healing properties, firstly because I can sense them. The other reason was simply because I believe in the nature and I know that the nature has energy, vibrations, and frequencies on every element of it. In today's world, most of us have already known that everything in life is vibrations (as Einstein once said cmiiww). Or the fact that everything is energy based and energy couldn't be created or be diminished, only could be transformed. Or the fact that atoms are in a constant state of motions and depending on the speed of these atoms, things are appear as solid, liquid, or gas. Or the fact that almost everything in the universe resonances at different frequencies. To me, this is where the healing properties...

Education & Detachment

"I believe that the true value of education lies not in the accumulation of knowledge, but rather in the cultivation of the ability to educate oneself. It is not a finite endpoint, but an ongoing process that requires self-reflection, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. The same goes to detachment; it is not solely about releasing attachments to things and people, but rather about cultivating the ability to recognize our attachments and the hold they have on us. It is not about becoming indifferent or apathetic towards the world around us. Rather, it is about the process of cultivating inner freedom, that requires ongoing practice and self-reflection, much like the process of education. Both education and detachment are important for us to master, for only when we feel enough about ourselves and stop making our lives as the center of the world, or the projects to fix, we can then learn more about the universe and how life actually works. And isn't that the greatest desire a...
